The Berta Boys are Montreal’s #1 Alberta-themed country band. The three members, all born and raised in Alberta, are now proud residents of Quebec. Blending the rich cultural heritage of both provinces, the Berta Boys deliver a captivating East-meets-West musical experience.

Their breakthrough came in February 2023 when they won the prestigious Diving Bell Battle of the Bands, cementing their place in the Montreal music landscape. They then organized the inaugural Montreal Stampede in June 2023, an event filled with live music, burlesque performances, and quirky games like wheelbarrow races, embodying their offbeat creativity.
Taking their Alberta-themed show across Canada, the Berta Boys culminated their tour at the iconic Calgary Stampede, catching the attention of Alberta Genuine Draft, who sponsored the group. They further expanded their influence in Montreal by starting a DJ residency at Champs Sports Bar in August 2023, Spaghetti Western in November 2023, and Bottes & Whiskey in September 2024, cementing their status as the city’s go-to country music DJs.
In September 2024, they made their mark at the first edition of the Festival Tempéo at Place des Arts with an unforgettable DJ set. Now, with the release of their debut album Dans les Prairies on September 1 2024, the companion album Stingers Vol. 1 on September 2 2024, the instrumental album Alberta:OST on November 1 2024, and the Christmas single Oilfield Christmas on December 1 2024 the Berta Boys are showcasing their eclectic mix of music and DJ talents. As brand ambassadors for BioSteel and Jacob Bromwell, they embody country aesthetics with a modern twist. The Berta Boys are set to keep bringing Alberta vibes to the heart of Quebec with no plans of slowing down.
